How does working with us work?

First, send us your deets

Send us everything you know about your event – type, size, date, budget and what you’re going for. We’ve even made it easy with this form.

We’ll set up a chat

Next, we’ll get on a call (video or phone, whichever you prefer!) and we’ll come with questions. This is our favorite part – we love hearing your ideas! This will help us get an idea of what we need to execute for your vision to be just the way you want it.

We’ll propose a proposal (and hopefully you say I do! )

We’ll take our notes from the call and build out a plan with some ballpark costs of what it’ll take to get it done.

The first reveal

It’s our job to give you options! We’ll typically design the pieces of your plan a few different ways and walk you through why we love each one. You get to decide what we move forward with and how!

Getting it perfect

Like Goldilocks, we’re aiming for juuust right. We’ll fine tune your vision up to two times before we move to the execution.

Making it a reality

We’ll work with our amazing network of unique vendors to get it done – all the costs will be reviewed with you each step of the way, and we’ll handle the back and forth with them.

It's done!

We’ll make sure everything gets shipped to your door, so you can focus on enjoying your amazing event!
